Happy Spring everyone!

So now that the scanner's back up and running, Have some spring themed art!

I promise you this looks a thousand times better in real life. . .and I know it's been done like, a thousand times before. So here's my version.

I'm so proud of myself. I could never draw umbrellas. I had to sit down with Dad's and just. . . draw it. It took me like, 7 tries. ^^;

While working on this piece, I learned the artistic value of tissues, fingers, and water guns. No lie. I attacked this one with a water gun in the bathroom.

I dunno. It's simple and I like it. So, I hope you like it to? Enjoy my ventures into the land of watercolours. which are fantastic. I learn more about working with them every day. :D

Aw, I like this! It's very nice and simple, and yet very expressive too. And it sounds like it was a blast to make. Water guns? Bwahahah! That's a great idea!

Heh Thanks. It was a blast standing in the bathtub at 2 in the AM randomly shooting the picture. . . you should def. try it. It didn't really get me the technique I was looking for, but the one I got was neat enough I'm not complaining.
